Key Responsibilities:

monitor and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) to ensure high availability and performance.

Perform regular maintenance tasks such as patching, backup management, and cost optimization.

Implement and manage security controls, firewalls, and VPN access for cloud resources.

Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and participate in root cause analysis and resolution.

Automate operational processes using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation.

Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.

Maintain and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK, Prometheus).

Collaborate with DevOps and development teams on CI/CD and deployment strategies.

Document systems, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5 years of experience in cloud operations or system administration.

Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
