Technical Stack & Requirements
Core Technologies
Containers: Docker, Podman, Red Hat OpenShift (4.10+)
– Orchestration: Kubernetes Operators, Rancher, EKS
-Automation: Ansible AWX/Tower, Terraform, Python
– CI/CD: GitLab CI, Tekton Pipelines, ArgoCD
– IBM Cloud: Satellite, Cloud Paks, Watson APIs

Mandatory Skills:
– 3+ years production experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift
– Expertise in Ansible for configuration management
– Proficient in Linux systems (RHEL/Ubuntu)
– Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or OpenShift certification

Preferred Qualifications
– IBM Certified DevOps Engineer/Solution Architect
– Experience with serverless architectures (Knative, OpenWhisk)
– Knowledge of service meshes (Istio, Linkerd)
– Contributions to CNCF projects
– Financial/Healthcare industry compliance experience (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
