Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in B2B sales for digital services to expand our USA client portfolio. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep understanding of digital marketing and web technologies, and the ability to close international clients—particularly in tech, SaaS, cloud, and DevOps-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities

USA Client Acquisition

  • Generate and qualify leads for digital marketing and website development services in the US market
  • Target cloud, SaaS, IT services, startups, and enterprise businesses
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and lead-conversion goals

Sales & Deal Closure

  • Conduct discovery and consultation calls with US clients
  • Present digital marketing strategies and web development solutions
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and contracts
  • Negotiate terms and successfully close deals
  • Update and manage all activities in CRM systems

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Act as the primary contact during the pre-sales cycle
  • Coordinate with delivery, marketing, and technical teams for smooth project onboarding
  • Identify upselling and long-term account growth opportunities

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, web technologies, and cloud-driven business needs
  • Track competitor offerings and pricing in the US market
  • Share insights with leadership to improve service positioning

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline
  • MBA or sales certifications are a plus

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Proven success selling digital marketing, website development, or IT services
  • Experience working with US clients or international markets preferred
  • Strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Skills & Technical Understanding

  • Excellent spoken and written English (neutral/American accent preferred)
  • Working knowledge of:
    • SEO, PPC, Social Media & Content Marketing
    • Website & CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Custom CMS)
    • Web and cloud-enabled business solutions
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable working in US time zones
